12 Month Health Guarantee
plus 2 year hip gaurantee

1. We guarantee that your puppy is in good general health upon delivery as evidenced by the health certificate issued by our vet prior to shipping (health certificates are not provided for puppies who are hand delivered or picked up. This is a form used for the transport of dogs/puppies only). We guarantee against parvo and distemper for up to 72 hours from the time the puppy was delivered. This guarantee does not include Coccidia or any type of worms which are common in puppies. Coccidia is a bacteria that can be brought on by stress or diet change. Worms recycle often and this is why it is important to follow up with your vet for continued treatment
2. You the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days from the time of arrival. You are also required to get a copy of this visit and mail it back to us. We also require that you inform us immediately of the examination results, either by email or phone call. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of the health guarantee.
3. Your puppy is guaranteed until 12 months of age against fatal and life altering congenital and genetic diseases which adversely affect the health of the animal. And 2 years for hips. If the dog dies within this 12 month time frame, the buyer is required to have it autopsied to ascertain the reason  if the reason is genetic or congenital, then we will replace the puppy.
4. We must be notified of the problem or death within two (2) business days by a licensed veterinarian. We will ask that you provide us with proof of these findings, such as vet exam or x-rays, for our vet to review. If both vets agree that the condition is indeed life altering from congenital or genetic diseases then we will provide a replacement puppy. We can not guarantee that it will be the same color. If the puppy needs to be sent back to us, the cost of shipping the unhealthy puppy back will be the buyers responsibility. The cost of shipping a replacement puppy to you will be provided by us.
5. The buyer (you) will keep the puppy current on all vet care including shots, deworming and heartworm treatment as evidenced by vet records. The buyer agrees to feed the puppy a good quality food specified for large breed dogs.
6. We  also recommend that all Great Dane puppies attend some type of formal training such as puppy kindergarten or obedience training. We think this will be beneficial to both you and your Dane. We are not responsible for treatment issues as they can be caused by a lack of training, disipline, or  nonproper socialization.
7. A $300.00 deposit or payment in full is required to hold any of our puppies for sale. All deposits are nonrefundable unless the puppy is found unhealthy or dies before the buyer receives the puppy. We do not offer refunds to those with shipping difficulties because you always have the option to drive to pick up the puppy.
8. By placing a deposit with us you are stating that you read, understand , and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, even if the contract has not yet been signed. There are no other warranties expressed or implied and total litigation in connection with any of our puppies, the dispute is to be settled in the district or circuit court of Pike County, Arkansas. This contract is valid only for the original buyer and puppy: it is not transferable if the buyer decides to sell or give the puppy away at a later date.
9. I the buyer of a puppy from  Marsha Walden, herby acknowledge that I have received and or read a copy of this document. I accept the terms and conditions of the guarantee for congenital or hereditary disorders and relinquish any other rights that I might otherwise be entitled to in the event of such occurance. The buyer acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and agrees to all terms of this document.
